These games aren't ideal for a calm, relaxing experience. While they're enjoyable, they can become quite intense and tackle serious themes.

It seems you're referring to aspects of the game that are intense, dramatic, and thought-provoking. The focus is on its strong pacing, compelling storytelling, and innovative gameplay elements.

Don't overlook the drugs aspect. However, I strongly suggest everyone try LiS—it's going to be a really intense experience.

I haven't been able to enjoy Stardew Valley for a while. Here are some lighter games I've really liked. World of Goo American/Euro Truck Simulator Besieged (a bit more thought needed, but it gets easier) Ori and the Blind Forest/Will of the Wisps Skyrim Minecraft (you mentioned you play these too) Guild Wars 2 (just buy and play, no subscription needed) My wife and I used to enjoy bigger MMOs like WoW, but now we mostly just explore, level up, and occasionally participate in world events for fun. I'm sure there are even more, but these are some of my go-to relaxed games.
