Do you have any information about MEDION laptops?
It’s really hard to gather much details about them.
Medion Erazer Beast X25 with NVIDIA RTX 3080, 16GB or 32GB RAM, 17.3" display at 165Hz, AMD R7-5800H gaming laptop is available for £1799.

If something appears too impressive, it probably is. But this offers a lot for the price. And it has a 150W TGP rating.

It does seem tempting with the RTX3080, but it’s going to be affordable for a reason—probably because I have to make some compromises.

Not always. Another perspective is that large brands might be pricing too high.
This laptop uses a basic Tongfang frame commonly found in many well-regarded but less famous computer makers. It won't be worthless.
