Medieval Engineers is now available for purchase! I just got a 4-pack with a 25% discount and can’t wait to start building and demolishing castles. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to play until tomorrow. Anyone else considering buying it?

Seems intriguing, but unless a full purchase version is available now, it doesn’t matter much.

I've tried their other early access title Space Engineers, which shows they regularly improve and update the game. That gives me confidence. I'm aware there might be some issues initially, but that's understandable. Others may prefer waiting until it's fully released.

That actually looks amazing. However I'm going to let it play out for a bit. Early releases have just been a shitstorm lately.

Regardless of the title or organization behind it, I’m interested in whether that company can finish the project, launch it, and remain financially stable afterward.

When I gain some gameplay time, I’ll update you on whether it’s playable yet. That’s an important note—several others on Steam are also worried about this. They’ve brought in a fresh group of medieval engineers. The same team is still concentrating on Space Engineers. Someone suggested they could have moved those resources to Space Engineers to accelerate progress, which is a valid idea. But some aspects from the Medieval team are already beginning to transfer to Space Engineers. This could allow both teams to learn from each other and apply insights across the two games. It’ll be interesting to see how they progress in a year. They still have much to demonstrate before the projects conclude.
