I don’t think there’s any significant change from Windows and macOS. Also, the RAID setup is handled through the motherboard BIOS, not the OS itself.

I don’t think I can assist much at all. Sorry. I’m not really familiar with raiding beyond it being an option in my motherboard BIOS.

USB software RAID works well because the operating system manages it. The main issue might arise with flash drives.
