Choosing a 3800x with an inexpensive motherboard isn't always the smartest move. Investing heavily in a CPU and then using the cheapest board available can feel counterintuitive. A 3700x paired with a superior board would likely provide better value over time. Saving on the processor while keeping a decent, affordable x570 like the Aorus Elite or TUF Wifi could be more practical. In the future, you might even consider upgrading to Gen 4 PCIe!
