I intend to add this fluid into my setup, including two radiators, a GPU, and a CPU waterblock. Is it safe to proceed, or should I opt for a different solution that doesn’t settle? The pump in question is the D5 photon pump/res combo for XS PC.

Warning from Mayhems' own web page on Aurora fluid:
"Aurora is 'NOT' intended for home system use. It was created for show systems (modding) and photo work. For home or gaming setups, please choose Mayhems X1 or the Pastel range—both have been thoroughly tested and function reliably in any loop configuration."
I wouldn't suggest their pastels either.
For color in your loop, consider using colored tubing. You can also install a reservoir with LED slots. LED fans are compatible too; I currently use LED fans and a reservoir LED in my setup.
