I'm a struggling player with a poor record. I began in 2144 and ended in 1861 last season, finishing 1489 this year (not sure). I need someone eager to assist me improve—preferably not stuck in ranked play, but in quick matches? And I want advice on getting better. Your rank doesn't matter as long as it's higher than mine.

Observe gameplay and focus on practice. Seeing pros improves a lot.
