It seems the motherboard likely failed, despite trying all the usual upgrades. Everything was working until the 24-pin and 4-pin connectors, GPU power, and PSU were checked—still nothing. It probably points to an issue with the CPU socket. I’m not sure what else to do; maybe buying a new motherboard would be the best option.
