What's the highest clock speed boost possible for your H61 ASRock motherboard with an I5 2500K, 8GB RAM, and a cooler Master Hyper 103 CPU fan? I'm only curious about the potential increase in clock speeds.

I think the H61 could support a 300mhz boost unless it was removed during a BIOS update.

H61 never experienced restricted monitoring. This applies to non-k on-p and z mobos. A few cannot even adjust the clock speed.

What settings could I use to increase my 2500k clock speed on H61 asRock?

You likely won't be able to alter anything. You require a mobile device compatible with OC mode, such as model numbers p67, z68, z75, or z77.

some h boards offer the ability to adjust a few parameters. however, without the exact model number it's difficult to confirm. still, with a non-p67/z68 board and the option to tweak certain settings, the maximum overclock potential would be just below 4.4ghz if stability is maintained around a 107 base clock—though this is highly unlikely. i wouldn't exceed a 102 base clock, which would add about 0.1ghz. if you can raise your turbo multipliers beyond 4.1ghz, then combining the slightly higher base clock could push it to roughly 4.2ghz.
