I recently installed a new setup, but my graphics card—an RX 580 with 8GB of memory—is consistently running at 100% when I attempt to play SevTech Ages. Other games operate without issue, and furthermore, Minecraft isn’t recognized within the Radeon settings menu. I also experimented with increasing the amount of RAM, moving from an initial 8GB to 12GB, and this unfortunately had no positive effect. My processor, however, remained at approximately 20% utilization. Here’s a link to my system specifications from a userbenchmark test: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/18548857

Identified the problem; it appears that a modification called "foam fix" possesses a characteristic that conflicts significantly with processors utilizing AMD technology. You can deactivate this functionality, as I determined through the following resources:

Attempt to re-install the game, possibly along with updating your graphics card driver.

Completed all of that and employed the AMD tool which suggests the optimal driver according to Windows version, yet it yielded identical outcomes. Additionally, I attempted enabling OpenGL triple buffering, as some users reported that AMD’s performance in OpenGL applications could occasionally be suboptimal.

It’s worth mentioning that the graphics card functions adequately with various modpacks, consuming approximately 30% of its processing power—the same level observed during a vanilla game startup. I’m beginning to suspect that a particular modification might be causing performance issues specifically for AMD graphics cards.
