It doesn't matter. If Windows requires the igpu to have more RAM, it will automatically allocate additional memory. You must always set the smallest possible amount of RAM for the igpu in BIOS, since dedicated VRAM and system RAM are identical for an igpu—especially with DDR5. There is no performance impact. For a dedicated GPU, having real VRAM that is significantly faster than RAM matters. Not for the igpu. Windows will dynamically share RAM with it, providing as much as needed, up to 8 or 16 GB for the 8600, though the exact amount depends on availability.
