It includes a built-in port from Rockstar, though many users have shared negative feedback about the Mac version.

It will function, though I lack precise metrics. The best approach is to test it.

The game page clearly lists both the compatible operating system and the necessary requirements. Based on the details provided, such as "NVIDIA® 8600 GT 512MB VRAM – NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 680," you should be able to run it smoothly even on a MacBook.

I wouldn't bother wasting your time unless you have no other options. It's not a genuine port, just a Cider adaptation of the Windows game. I've noticed it performs much worse than in bootcamp, and the Social Club login on startup often fails to work. When that happens, it stays stuck with a confusing "initializing" message right after launching. The solution is to press the "Home" key on your keyboard and re-enter your credentials—though the typical Apple keyboard doesn't include a home key by default.
