I aim to push my 8350 to its limits for improved gaming performance. Currently, the CPU is limiting the R9 390's speed, and I'm eager to achieve the highest possible frame rate. With a Corsair H55 water cooler, temperatures remain manageable.

Using that cooler suggests a maximum of 4.4 GHz. Without it, a top cooler and higher MHz could push speeds up to around 5GHz.
