Do you know the maximum memory clock speed that's considered safe? I'm really hesitant about using 2.4GHz for my system.

The top memory clock speed is for DDR4. Your current setup runs at 3200mhz CL14 without problems, but the maximum it can handle before instability occurs depends on your motherboard type—especially if it supports overclocking beyond 2133 or 2400mhz.
