Checked my system specs and noticed idle speeds around 5.2-5.3GHz with temps in the mid-60s to low 70s. Ran HWInfo64 and Ryzen Master, confirmed ROG Strix X670E-E is supported. Opened Auras and HWMonitor, but no CPU usage reported despite balanced power plan. To lower idle clock and temps, consider adjusting BIOS settings, updating drivers, checking for thermal throttling, or ensuring proper cooling. Also verify fan speeds and consider cleaning dust from vents.

HWinfo64 doesn't display sleep states, keeping the CPU stuck at an undefined frequency even when idle. This behavior is likely only visible through Ryzen Master.

The core section details that you don't have RM installed, but there is a view available for individual cores somewhere.

You can observe cores 01 through 16, distributed between two CCDs, with each holding one CCX.

CCD1 works fine since many are powered off at CCD0, jumping from 1GHz to 4GHz is acceptable for idle. Windows shows 5.2-5.3GHz with 68°C ± from HDINFO. CPU draws 1.341V using either 60W or 80W.
