If only a real Nintendo developer would point this out and say "WOW! THIS IS WHAT THEY NEED! NOT A FLATTENED, CARTOONISH JUSTIFICATION FOR A GAME IN 2015." Now, someone recreate OoT in UE4 so I can enjoy it without pain. #FormerNintendoFanRage

This feels like placing Mario in a Call of Duty shooter without weapons—searching for a flag pole, jumping on soldiers. It doesn’t match the game’s vibe. While we all enjoy seeing Tetris blocks fall in Battlefield 4 for laughs, it should fit naturally in its world. Still, putting effort into your project matters. I’ve seen similar Mario models before; it looks like someone added the character without proper assets. The asset likely didn’t exist originally, so success might be unexpected.

Alien: Isolation is a sci-fi film about an astronaut stranded on a distant planet.

It's intended as a test run to demonstrate the engine, not a full-fledged game. The developer is mainly highlighting the capabilities rather than creating an enjoyable experience.

Even demos appear more appealing than absent not-AAA titles created lately.

Honestly, they design these games with cell shading in mind since their technology struggles with such complexity.

Truly, a game's appearance involves far more than just image quality.

C++ is awesome. Really makes you a better programmer. Anyway, there's Unity for you then.
