It's hard to disable sticky keys completely... they're still active even after setting them off, which isn't ideal. Not great.
It appears in a menu section. I disabled it in my laptop battery saving instructions. For further information, check the signature.
I'm really happy with it so far. I've been using it since the 10074 preview build. It's essentially everything we expect from a Windows OS, just with a few additional touches. No big compatibility problems have popped up yet!
