I'm working on Windows 10 with an AMD FX 8350 and a Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard, paired with a GTX 780 graphics card. I also have two Western Digital Blue 1TB drives. I'm trying to hack into my PC but don’t know the right steps for AMD systems. I don’t have a Mac to use for macOS files, though I saw a site called "amd-osx" but it doesn’t seem to confirm compatibility with MacOS. If it does, would you believe this site is reliable? And do you have any suggested guides for doing this on an AMD machine? Thanks a lot.

Hackintosh isn't permitted on these platforms, but tonymacx86 offers the most reliable option. Keep in mind, you won't enjoy a great experience with this gear. P.S. The only way to obtain an OSX installation is either from a Mac purchased locally or through questionable methods.

You might not enjoy yourself because of certain circumstances. The situation could unfold in specific ways.

It will be extremely challenging to make it function, and even then it might remain highly unreliable.

Thanks for the clarification. I hadn't noticed that. I usually assumed macOS worked only with Intel processors.

Sure, I'll hold off until I can get my hands on some Intel hardware. My current setup is really old.

I find the forum guidelines unclear and too vague. They allow general conversations but don’t address key issues clearly. Outside this space, it’s acceptable to talk about piracy, but avoid linking to sites that give instructions or access to pirated material to prevent DMCA issues.

Mac OS is exclusive to Apple devices such as Intel and Power PC models. Without compatible hardware, you can't install it. Referring to a Hackintosh guide might trigger legal action under the DMCA. For free Unix-based alternatives that mimic Mac OS without violating laws, check the Wikipedia page on Unix and Unix-like systems.
