In several games like Assassin's Creed, Uncharted 4, Fortnite, Spider-Man, God of War, Warzone 2, if I turn the frame rate up to anything higher than 60 (like 61 or 144), it gets choppy no matter what settings I pick. It feels worse even when on low graphics, not sure why this is happening. I want to play Fortnite at 144 low instead of 60 high but my computer won't let me do that without a big stutter and overclocking doesn't help. My setup is: Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 XT, Ryzen 5 3600, 16gb ddr4 3200 ram, Asrock B450M Tomahawk motherboard, max 650W power supply, Gigabyte G27Q monitor.

Welcome to our forums, new friend! Here is 650W from the power supply; can you tell me who makes and models this unit, and how old it is? ASRock did never make a Tomahawk B450 motherboard, but MSI does have one. So are you using an ASRock board that got mixed up with an MSI's model, or do you actually use an MSI board but just typed the wrong name? What's your BIOS version right now? You missed including how much storage you bought for your computer setup!
