Pamac comes with Manjaro 12.3 and 13.0 preinstalled. The Hackintosh VM video features Linus using Manjaro 13.0.

Probably all versions? I’m not too sure, but I use Manjaro Deepin and Gnome, both have Pamac installed.

This problem has occurred before. The system should work again after installing with "pacman -Syy". For updates, append 'u' at the end, such as "pacman -Syyu".

I'm suggesting you try yay right away. Clone the repo, navigate into it, and install with the same commands as pacman.

Running makepackkg as root usually asks for your password. You might want to remove the folder afterward if you're worried about clutter. I prefer keeping a separate git directory for this purpose.
