Hi everyone, I've noticed some strange issues lately. Previously, I could run "Trials of Mana" smoothly without any problems. Recently, after launching it, I experienced a brief black screen followed by returning to the desktop. There were no error messages. I tried disabling Avast and placing the game folder in an exception list, but that didn't help. The only solution was using the Compatibility Troubleshooter—Windows 11 would suggest running it in Windows 8 mode, which would start the game after a few clicks. Even when I enabled admin privileges, it still kept showing the same black screen each time. I checked the Event Viewer for logs but didn't find anything.

I've upgraded my system recently: an Asus TUF B760 Plus with DDR5 motherboard, i5-13600K CPU, 32GB RAM, Corsair Fury Beast memory, and a 750W RM 750e PSU. I'm also running Windows 11 version 22H2 with the latest update. It seems the problem might be related to compatibility settings or an unexpected system behavior after the hardware changes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That's interesting! Your ASUS RTX 4070 works best when you enable the compatibility troubleshooter.
