Windows defender keeps alerting about TrojanMSIL, but nothing changes. Bit defender fails to locate threats, and combofix doesn’t work on Windows 10. Need assistance?

Consider using Malwarebytes for antivirus protection. It's usually one of the top choices for detecting malware.

Nasty... "Trojan.MSIL.Agent" is a harmful trojan that steals data from your web browsing. It sneaks in by tricking you into opening suspicious emails or messages, often hiding behind free software or malicious sites. Once installed, it can monitor your online actions, steal personal info like usernames, passwords, credit card details, and more. This threat poses a serious risk to your computer and must be removed right away.

I started with safe mode and used MalwareScan to check. Then I ran AwareDetection to scan for issues. I expected the problem to be resolved, but if not, I’d look it up online or try a different approach.

Currently no malware detected. Uncertain on how to proceed even when using safe mode, as the program appears.
