Making Your Move in a Popular Franchise That Backfired
After carbon, the series took a bad turn, though pro street and both shift games were fine. I’m eager for project cars because they come from the same team that made both shift games after WWII. Everyone understands why there isn’t much dislike toward them.
The games in Assassin's Creed 3 affected the series negatively for me.
I developed a strong interest in Mass Effect as a series, but initially hesitated because the first installment resembled Gears of War too closely, which didn’t appeal to me. After completing the entire trilogy, the subsequent games exhibit a Morrowind-like complexity that feels overly intricate. Despite its impressive gameplay and RPG features, it seemed to offer too many abilities. Personally, I think Mass Effect 2 achieved a solid balance, though with less polished mechanics. It felt like Oblivion captured the right mix of complexity and playability, while Skyrim was more accessible for newcomers.
