I believe it might be my AOC monitor. My Dell screen doesn't show this issue. I'm wondering if the humming sound comes from an unidentified device connected to that extension. I'm not sure if this has always happened or if I just started noticing it. It seems to be a new development. Could it be drawing power during sleep or is the adapter malfunctioning? The faint buzzing sounds like electrical interference.
