The game turned out to be quite lacking in both performance and overall experience. Installing my legal version brought unexpected issues, like the DRM forcing my character to act overly intoxicated all the time. Fascinating!

Using it showed up as 59.94Hz without a 60Hz choice, forcing me to set up a tailored display with 60Hz which fixed the microstutter issue.

I don't rely on VSync because input lag is the real issue. I don't notice why lowering my FPS would help. For instance, in FC4 without VSync or with Rivatuner, there are no stutters—just slight screen tearing during heists when crew members attempt to move vehicles.

This setting ensures your GPU delivers just the right number of frames, avoiding unnecessary load. Anything over 60 wastes energy and increases heat generation. It's not a big deal—you don't need to worry about it.
