Hello everyone, as mentioned in the title I encountered an issue with my Recyclebin or Trashbin. The problem is: I need to remove any files from my desktop, such as a JPG. I can delete them and empty the trash bin, but that’s fine until now. However, when I restart the PC, the JPG reappears on the desktop. It doesn’t matter how often I repeat this process. The command `rd/s /q C:\Recycle.bin` isn’t working because it says "System can't find the path." The SCANOW function detects issues, fixes them, and after a restart, it finds problems again. Also, after a restart, the mouse and keyboard driver reinstallation warning keeps appearing in the bottom-right corner. This happens with my Ryzen 5 2600x GTX 1660 1TB Patriot SSD running Windows 10 Pro.
