QVL refers to a qualified vendor list, here is the one for your motherboard.

Stability issues with 4 DIMM's at 3600Mhz are common in Ryzen systems. The recommended solution is to use a single kit with 4 x 8GB or 2 x 16GB from the QVL list as previously advised. It's also possible that the IMC may not support 4 DIMM's at this frequency, leading to problems with other RAM configurations.

I've seen cases where identical RAM and CPU performed well on one board but not another. That can be quite frustrating, especially when it seems unlikely to matter. From what I understood, it wasn't clear if using either kit individually would function properly at 3600Mhz. Also, regarding the RAM installation, it should go into slots 2 and 4 with the first kit, and 1 and 3 with the second kit.

I don't have any idea how it was installed, it seems random. Can you find out which kit it belongs to? And I'm planning to test each stick separately once I update the BIOS.

I just looked at a Corsair Vengeance set I found, and it looks like the serial numbers match except for one digit at the end. Usually slot 2 and 4 are channel one, while 1 and 3 are channel two. It would be best to get sticks from the same kit in the same channel.

So sorry for not being active here, life got in the way and i moved. I set up ny pc a few weeks ago (same specs nothing changed) and started googling and playing with ram voltages and frequencies
I found out that this is a super common issue for r9 5950x and that its only rated for dual channel memory and quad channel 3600 is almowt unheard of.
Ive managed to tune my ram to 3200mhz with voltages sitting at 1.38v
I dont know if i can get any more hmz out of them without memtest5 throwing a few errors.
The sticks do have lifetime warranty but id rather keep them at 3200mhz than to send it back to the store and get 100€ back from it (the current market is crazy)
Does anyone have any suggestions ln what to do? Id love to have the ram be stable at 3200-3400 and higher if plausible!
Thanks to everyone who has helped me, you guys are awesome! 💪🏼

I'm putting in significant effort for a small adjustment in performance. The findings are based on the apps I use rather than memtest, unless this computer is essential for important work. The RAM should last a while longer; it might even be more cost-effective to replace the motherboard instead of the RAM.
