Certainly, here is the rewritten version:

So far, for more than six months, I've been facing frequent BSODs when trying to run my RAM at 3600MHz (it's built for that speed). Everything functions properly if I adjust it to 2133MHz. Above that frequency, the BIOS refuses to let me proceed and just boots into BSOD mode.

I recently switched to a 5950X to increase my RAM speeds. I purchased two Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB 2x8 kits at 3600MHz, but the second set arrived a few months later than the first. Am I having issues with the RAM? Is my computer malfunctioning? I've reinstalled Windows multiple times and sometimes encountered an "Ntoskrnl" error when trying to run at full speeds.

This is really frustrating. Here are my system details:
PC Specs:
Ryzen 9 5950X 32GB DDR4 3600MHz Rtx 3060 Gaming X Trio ASRock B550 Pro4 ATX

Ensure the correct BIOS is installed and the appropriate chipset driver is used for the motherboard.

Hey, its been a while.
Heres the things ive tried so far:
Update bios & chipset drivers
Update literally all other relevant drivers
Try a new CPU
None of these fixed my issue, and it still persists.
Sorry for not replying any sooner, ive had a hella lot of exams in school for the past months

Install the 2 stick kit in the correct slots...test.
Repeat for the second 2 stick ram kit.

I attempted to check the RAM using memtest86, but all tests passed except for this case.

Uncertain if the data is correct or just part of the information.
Memtest86 should finish without any issues.
It appears to detect the full 32GB.

When using Ryzen, I usually purchase a module from the QVL for running four modules. Corsair often causes compatibility problems (especially with DOCP settings) when four banks are active. A 32 GB RAM package available on the QVL should likely fix your BSOD issues.

memtest86 fails to finish and becomes stuck at certain points (notice the freezing), but it seems to capture the entire 32GB of memory as observed.

I don't have much option to get more RAM right now, but I think I can send back all four sticks for new ones.

I would substitute them with four modules from the QVL, selecting only those that function properly when all four slots are filled.
