The numbers 1.89 and 1.90 are essentially identical. The CPU might slow down slightly due to overheating, and the insufficient heatsink size could be the issue. You can check temperatures with tools like HWinfo or similar programs to observe how hot the CPU becomes when it runs at full load for a long time, which may explain the performance drop.

I don't rely on Task Manager's timing. I prefer other programs as noted before for better precision.
