Major computer problems are occurring.
A few weeks back I chose to upgrade a Prebuilt from CyberPower I purchased at Best Buy. Then I faced the most frustrating situation possible. I swapped the motherboard and CPU for a (MSI MPG Gaming Plus B550) and a (Ryzen 5 5600x). Now I play Overwatch for college esports and after this change I managed to hit 600fps on full settings. However, there was noticeable stuttering or micro stuttering. I was sure it wasn’t my GPU—a (RTX 3060ti) that could easily handle Overwatch. I began researching extensively in forums and YouTube, trying various solutions without success. My final attempt involved changing the RAM frequency from 3600-3800. My screen went dark, and I couldn’t access BIOS. I tried all available reset methods but nothing worked. Eventually, I decided to upgrade my PC case, SSD, power supply, bought a NZXT Kraken cooler, and added new RAM just to feel better. After installing everything, I started booting up again. My screen still didn’t appear, and the CPU EzDebug light was lit. I found some bent CPU pins and attempted repairs, but nothing resolved the issue. Now I’m weighing whether to replace the motherboard or the CPU.
