Sure, you can attach an SSD heatsink to your VRM and add fans above it for better cooling. Just make sure the setup fits your case and doesn’t interfere with airflow.

Typically, SSDs include heat spreaders instead of heatsinks. Airflow across the MOSFETs also assists cooling. Which parts are you currently employing?

You can purchase additional aftermarket heatsinks specifically designed for SMD components, in addition to using a standard heatsink as a general heat dissipation solution.

I plan to install the Espada ESP-R1 on the VRM of my motherboard as an alternative, since my board lacks a VRM heatsink. I have an ASUS B450M-A with a Ryzen 3100 processor.
