The main board uses minimal energy. The B550 chipset draws under 10 watts, the x570 chipset about 15 watts when paired with PCI-E 4.0 SSDs. Your built-in sound and network cards each consume less than 2 watts, and additional USB controllers stay below 3-5 watts. Generally, chips without fans or heatsinks stay under 10 watts; those without heatsinks stay under 3-5 watts. With a 650cv supply, it can handle up to 30°C inside the case—beyond that reduce power by roughly 100 watts. The 3070 graphics card can reach 250 watts, CPU around 80-100 watts, RAM 5-10 watts, HDD about 8 watts, SSD around 5 watts during writes... a 550w supply should suffice. Keep total draw under 400 watts.

Based on what I've seen, the B550 and X570 models consume under 20 watts, typically ranging between 10 to 15 watts in each case.
