It depends on your GPU's specifications. Unless you have a very large one, they should work fine.

It would require an extremely large GPU (four slot cards) to make it impossible to fit all the cards.

Yes, even with a massive graphics card, you could likely add a sound card and connect via USB Wi-Fi. However, if the graphics card is large, you’d probably opt for Ethernet instead.
