Hi, everyone. The power supply seems dead, one hard drive is failing, but the motherboard and CPU look fine—no visible damage. Could it be that the PSU failure caused a short to the motherboard? Also, the RAM appears okay. I noticed a cooler mark on the CPU, though my cooler is low quality.

Yes. For a brand new PC, I’d consider sending it back for repair.

It's quite outdated now—your setup includes an MSI A68HM-E33 V2 motherboard and an AMD a8-7680 CPU, built about three years back.
