I just purchased Mafia 3 and expected better performance after launch, but it's been a total mess. I'm maintaining full stability at 60 FPS with maximum settings, yet I experience heavy stuttering—especially when adjusting the camera. It often looks like only about 30 FPS instead of the intended 60. Anyone have any solutions or is this just a persistent issue?

I've tested in-game options like Vsync, FPS limiter, and unlimited FPS settings, but nothing seems to help much. Also, I've noticed the game heavily uses CPU cores 1 and 3 while the others stay at 20-40%, which is unusual.

I tried it but it didn't work. Probably I just need to handle stuttering.

Turn off v-sync and adjust FPS to unlimited. Reduce antialiasing to low. Ensure FPS stays above 60 if possible; verify the ini file for any FPS limits. Consider updating your driver if needed.

I have experimented with different vsync settings and FPS limits, achieving 70-100 FPS without them. I also just installed new drivers. I swapped the blurry in-game AA for FXAA.
