Problem: Connecting my MacBook to the LG EVO G4 2024 via HDMI occasionally results in no signal. Sometimes it functions properly. The MacBook also registers the TV in settings, showing all monitors. Setup: MacBook ---> supra uhd8k 2.1 aoc active optical cable hdmi kabel ---> TV I’ve noticed others with similar issues, but for them the cable was the issue. I suspect it might not be mine, as it works perfectly when connected.

I’d still consider a different cable that’s reputed for quality, given the LG EVO G4 supports 4K, 144Hz and HDR. Since it handles a lot of data, I think swapping the cable first would be the simplest way to improve performance before tackling any other fixes.

I'll attempt another variation. It's just that it doesn't function at all. It operates flawlessly at 4k and 144hz HDR. The delays are only occasional (10 seconds to 10 minutes). Appreciate it.

No worries at all! I wasn't able to provide a better option, but I'm confident your issue will be resolved soon!
