Hi everyone, I’m facing the same issue with my wife’s MacBook Pro 14 using the M1 chip. The lock screen color appears inverted and reversed, but it disappears once she logs in and returns to normal. It flips back to the original colors when she logs off. Have you had this problem before? What steps did you take to fix it? Thanks!

Do you have a particular method to set up color inversion? For instance, on your Mac, Control + Option + Command + 8 can flip colors (though I’ve turned it off). After logging in, navigate to System Preferences > Keyboard > Accessibility to locate the setting. If you already have the shortcut configured, testing it during the lock screen might resolve the problem.

Thank you for the guidance. I'll review it upon returning. However, based on what I understand, no special arrangements were made concerning accessibility.

I discovered an old discussion on the Apple forums about a similar issue, though it might not match your situation exactly. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/791821
Hopefully the solution you're looking for is available there.
