I've just begun a fresh installation after taking advantage of Prime Day, but things aren't going as planned. Once the parts are put together I'm not seeing any fans, no LED signals, and the system doesn't come to life. When I test it outside the case the motherboard has a power switch so you can turn it on without touching any pins. I've already checked the PSU using a tester and confirmed it's functioning properly. My concern is figuring out where the problem lies so I can return the unit if necessary. The setup includes: Corsair RM850e PSU, Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX B650 motherboard, Ryzen 7700X CPU, Thermalright Peerless Assasin cooler (2x16GB), Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz RAM (1GB), Samsung PCIe 990 Pro NVMe SSD, and Radeon RX6950XT GPU.

Standard procedure is to check with the PSU, motherboard, and CPU. If no response appears, attempt to remove the CPU and update the BIOS without any external devices. This board allows BIOS updates even without peripherals. If it remains unresponsive after flashing, contact RMA or return for replacement. Good luck!

I attempted the setup and noticed the only indication of activity was during a BIOS update—just one red light and another on the USB drive. Once that stopped, the board showed no further response. I’ve sent back both the motherboard and the CPU.
