The most affordable option for the 4650G is the Asus Prime B450M-A. It doesn’t go much lower in price. The surrounding excitement around it isn’t clear beyond that.

It's not exactly the same, though a fast RAM setup helps a lot. Anything could fail, so keeping spare parts is probably not the best approach. If it does break, you'll have to handle it yourself. It also includes an integrated GPU, which is significantly inferior to those in APUs, but it should still let the PC function if the worst-case scenario occurs.
