The setup you described could work for basic play but may struggle with consistent 360Hz performance. A more balanced approach would be needed. Consider upgrading to a higher-end CPU like the AMD Ryzen 5 or Intel Core i5, paired with a better GPU such as an RTX 3060 or better. This would help achieve smoother gameplay and more stable frame rates.

For a 360Hz PC setup aimed at semi-pro CSGO play, you'll need a CPU capable of smooth high frame rates and a motherboard that backs both the CPU and RAM. The most affordable package I suggest is an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X paired with the ASRock B550M Pro4 board and Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 RAM. This should keep up reliably at 360Hz. A 5800X could also work, but a stronger option like the Radeon 7600XT would be better. For graphics, the 3060 might handle CSGO at that setting, though a more powerful card is advisable.

I’d pick an affordable 6600 xt or 6650 xt.

I suggest avoiding this option since CS:GO 2 runs a bit more challenging. I’d prefer to switch to AM4 or opt for an Intel 13th Gen chip like the 13400 for better single-core performance. For the graphics card, an RX 6600 is a cost-effective choice that still delivers solid performance.
