Hi guys,
This is my setup:
I5 4670k at 3.4 GHz
8G DDR3 1866
Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H
Noctua NH-D14
RX 580 Sapphire Nitro
My afterburner settings are:
core clock=1411
memory clock=2250
core voltage=1037 mV (-93)
temp limit=60 degrees
avg temps=52-55°C
Right now it runs stable with these configurations.
I just want to know:
What is the minimum core voltage this rig can achieve?
Should I reduce the core clock as well? Would that significantly impact the h/s?

It really hinges on the card, so forecasting isn't reliable. My core clock is already set too high to lower it further—generally speaking. I aim for around 1150 cores, but it can drop to about 850 based on the card. I also use strong power supplies from my server, all Platinum or better rated from a 240V source.
The best way to confirm is through testing.
