The low temperatures on your FX 9590 are normal for its age. Just make sure it's properly ventilated and not exposed to extreme cold.

Unless you have the top cooling technology available, these figures might be inaccurate. Consider refreshing your software for more precise temperature readings.

This assignment seems like a test. It suggests using HWinfo instead, since HWmonitor often gives wrong sensor data.

Is this the HWMonitor? It’s often reported to give inaccurate readings occasionally. Possibly the software is misunderstanding the CPU temperature or the sensor is faulty. In any case, it isn’t functioning properly at 3°C.

Fx processors delivered precise measurements only above 40-45°C. Run at full capacity using prime95 or OCCT and capture those readings—those values matter most.

Still not accurate - You're talking about a 220W chip at stock, that's gonna go from just warm to warmer (Hot) in a hurry.

The processor runs at 4.00 GHz, but with Windows 10 it's stable at 4.70 GHz. Temperatures are between 30-40°C during idle time.
