you recently installed a wifi 6 router (huawei wifi ax3) and also have an xfinity modem/router combo. your wifi speed is faster on your xfinity device even though it's not wifi 6. there might be factors affecting performance, such as network configuration, signal strength, or device settings. check if your phone supports wifi 6 and ensure it's properly connected to the router.

It seems some people are questioning whether China is overusing your internet connection for surveillance. This is in 2020 and it's being taken lightly.

What method are you using to check Wi-Fi performance? Consider verifying it on your own network rather than relying on online tests.

You're testing your connection from a mobile device, but your PC is connected via Wi-Fi 6 and shows normal speeds. This suggests the mobile data might not be the issue.

WiFi 6 focuses on improved efficiency across multiple users rather than just boosting speed for a single device.

The router's efficiency relies on the strong AX speed (Wi-Fi 6) or the quick AC rate (Wi-Fi 5). My AC 3100 supports Wi-Fi 5 at 1Gb/s.

This means someone is new to online interactions, probably just starting to connect with others.

I've never had that speed before; the quickest I achieved on Wi-Fi was 600 Mbps, though I was paying for 1000 Mbps.
