I own a Ryzen 5 3500U with a Radeon Vega Mobile GPU in my laptop. I'm not sure it's running at its best, but most games barely hit 30 FPS without the CPU TDP being set between 40 and 45 watts today. Recently, when I changed the TDP, a simple game called Polygon finally reached around 60 FPS until then. I know this isn't the GPU issue since it's only using about 20% of its capacity. I also tried running the game with the integrated graphics, and the frame rate stayed roughly the same as long as the adapter was connected. My GPU is a Vega 8.

Execute hwinfo, launch a game, and share sensor details via Sniping Tool (search "snip" in the search bar).
