I was also taken aback. All the reviews mentioned these cards operate at 60-70°C smoothly. It could be that mine has an improper paste setup. I maintain a relatively clean PC, running only MSI Afterburner, HWiNFO, RivaTuner, Q-Fan, and Windows Defender. Disabling Windows Game Bar and VBS appeared to make a difference. I’ll wait a few days to observe the results. If stuttering persists, I’ll consider a full Windows reinstall. Thanks for your assistance—have a great weekend!

I wasn't aware of where to find chipset drivers. The motherboard manufacturer's site was supposed to help, but I didn’t know about the AMD drivers needed. I also didn’t have the 3D V-Cash optimizer or many other drivers installed.
