Low LOD Bias in all games

Hey, i don't know if i changed any stupid settings or something but all my games suddenly are running with a really low LOD bias (around 5 feet infront of me it goes to low textures or completely disappears if it is small) and aa and shadows seem a bit weird. I've reinstalled drivers to no avail. The games i've tried are Garry's Mod, The Outerworlds, GTA 5, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019)

Intel i5-4460
AMD RX 580 8GB
16 GB DDR3
Msi Krait Motherboard
1TB Seagate
225gb m.2 Seagate

I’ve tried restarting my computer completely, but the problem keeps coming back. I'd really appreciate it if you could give me some guidance on this – any insights would be a huge help.
