Every few days I suddenly experience 150-200 ms delays and the only solution is restarting the router. My setup includes a router with Wi-Fi 4 phones, Sercom SpeedProt, plus a J932BS001584 switch (actually configured as a switch). Currently, only one PC is connected at a time.
Because you say the router requires a restart, connect your devices straight to the Sercom (likely DSL) modem instead of using the router, then check again. If the problem disappears, your Zyxel router is likely faulty and should be swapped for a better model. If it persists, further testing is needed to see if the issue lies with your ISP, the Sercom modem, or specific network devices.

- Check for any error messages or warnings.
- Verify that all connections are secure and properly plugged in.
- Restart the device or power cycle it off and on again.
