I'm sorry, but the internet in Egypt is quite poor compared to other countries. I'm worried about the Fortnite issue I didn't encounter last week after purchasing my PC.

@Dr. Historic Low
my FPS doesn't decrease the game but instead causes it to freeze briefly, around half a second.

Experiencing more than just yourself, check out those YouTube comments. They’re showing this exact pause for about half a second.

- Are there additional steps I can take to fully optimize my windows for gaming? Also, in the NVIDIA control panel, should I choose the performance image preset or the quality one?
- What are the best practices for optimizing my Windows setup specifically for gaming, and what is the most commonly used image preset setting?
- Can you suggest other ways to improve my gaming experience on Windows, including image settings?

Performance is the preferred term. I also favor using performance. Make sure to cap your FPS at 60 in games for better smoothness, until you achieve a monitor with 75-144 Hz.
