Low GPU/CPU usage in fortnite
Low GPU/CPU usage in fortnite
I trust Fortnite, it performed flawlessly even on a weaker PC. I’ll attempt to lower the settings to the minimum in Black Ops 4 and Fortnite, and I’ll let you know what happens.

i also have the Ryzen Master app to configure my CPU to gamemode, which increases all of my four cores to 3600mhz. this isn't an overclock; it's just an optimization. I've tried gaming without it and still experienced freezes. I'll test it now at the lowest settings and let you know what happens. @Dr. Historic Low
I tried both and still get those freezes. Listen, I really need your help. I used UserBenchmark to test my PC, everything was performing above average and nothing underperforming. That makes me more confident it's not hardware-related. Also, GTA runs smoothly and the GPU is CPU-intensive. If you have any more advice, it would be great.

Bo4 and Fortnite with the lowest settings continue to freeze.

Regarding your concern, it looks like a game issue depending on the game and platform. Could you tell me which platform you're using for Black Ops 4 and what version of Windows? Also, run an internet speed test here:

Please share the results without showing any personal details in screenshots.
@Dr. Historic Low
by the way, I also have some people on YouTube at home, which gives me a bit more speed, though it's fine.
It seems others are facing the same problem with Fortnite... If many users encounter this issue together, a new update is likely coming soon (though timing is uncertain). In the meantime, it’s wise to inform Epic about the situation so they can advise any temporary solutions until the patch arrives.
For Black Ops 4, it might be similar. Make sure everyone on your platform is aware of it.
There could still be ways to resolve this within each game, but you’ll need to go through several steps. Start by adjusting your Windows 10 settings—turn off features like DVR and Game Bar. In the System settings, free up storage space, then click “Free up space now.” Be careful not to uncheck anything important before confirming.
You can also consider updating Windows itself. Go to Check for updates, install them, and restart your PC as prompted. Keep checking until you’re fully updated.
Regarding internet performance in multiplayer games, it’s likely a problem with your connection or network speed. If others are watching YouTube at the same time, it could further strain your PC’s resources.
