With a 1080 and a 2600x resolution, the 2600 will likely limit the 1080 Ti a bit. I’d suggest going for a 5600, or boost the features for more visual flair while keeping performance smooth.

It's definitely a good deal. The Ryzen 5000 offers a huge boost in single-core speed compared to the Ryzen 2000, and the new models are priced around $130 new.
